It has been said many times that when you’re in love you just want to tell the world and James Randi is in love with the truth.

# Review

The film tells the story of James "The Amazing" Randi, a magician who later in life became an advocate for science and rationality, leading a crusade against charlatans such as so-called "psychics" and "mediums" who prey on the vulnerable and gullible.

The TV covers many of his mischievous acts, such as debunking numerous high profile psychics such as Uri Geller and Peter Popoff. It was extremely interesting learning about Randi's exploits, which involves staging his own hoax and being the mastermind behind the infamous Project Alpha.

This film was an entertaining exploration about people's biases and how people can leverage those biases to manipulate others. The film also takes an intimate look at Randi's personal life, including his marriage with his husband and his personal asperations.

# Conclusion

A very entertaining film about an entertainer turned skeptic.
