Review

This film takes place 10 years after the first film in the trilogy; Anakin has become a full-fledged Jedi Padawan under Obi-Wan Kenobi and they investigate a Seperatist movement led by Count Dooku threatening the Galactic Republic.

I enjoyed this movie much more than the first; the special effects, while still dated, are much more polished and the dialogue, while still corny, is much more natural. I really liked the story, which actually had a much less linear plot than the first film. Yes, some scenes (such as the romance scenes between Anakin and Padmé) still made me cringe, but this movie overall felt much more engaging.

Conclusion

Much better than the first film of the prequel trilogy.
