Review

In this narrative-driven adventure following Mimi (Kaycie Chase), whoe returns to the French countryside after the death of her grandma Nora (Anne Mathot). Mimi recalls the her childhood adventures with her grandma.

What immediately jumped out is the gorgeous watercolor aesthetics; every frame looks like a Cézanne painting (albeit with lighter colors). The story is light-hearted and a bit sappy (I may also not be the target demographic). The core gameplay revolves around exploration and light puzzles. Some of the controls feels a little clunky but the I liked some of the mechanics such as taking pictures with the camera.

Conclusion

A beautiful-looking game with a simple story and simpler gameplay.
