This season starts from the dramatic cliffhanger of the previous season. The Arconia's condo board president, Bunny Folger (Jayne Houdyshell), is found murdered and the podcast trio of Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin), Oliver Putnam (Martin Short), and Mabel Mora (Selena Gomez), are prime suspects.
Unlike season one, this season focuses much more on character development and the individual backstories of each protagonist. As a result, there are many more subplots and a much looser whodunnit mystery. This season also introduces some new characters such as Alice (Cara Delevingne) and Poppy (Adina Verson). Overall, it's a strong followup to the first season, but I preferred the tighter mystery from the first season. I did enjoy the extra flair for the dramatic in season two, though.

A less focused but stronger emotionally followup.
