You've always been on the right side, brother. Always. Never forget, our lives are not defined by any one action. Our lives are the sum of our choices. I have no regrets. Neither should you.

Review

It seems like every time I fly, a new Mission: Impossible movie comes out. Tom Cruise returns one last time as Ethan Hunt as continues the conflict against the rogue AI Entity as well as the now rogue Gabriel (Esai Morales).

This is Tom Cruise's swansong as Ethan Hunt, perhaps one of the most iconic film characters of the past two decades. While the franchise will probably go on without him, Cruise's intense Hunt is the center of the franchise. Cruise really gives it his all in the last film. While the story is stretched out and overly convoluted, the true selling point of the film, which are the large-scale and daring action sequences, is taken to a whole new level (literally). The submarine and film scenes are some of the most daring action scenes from the entire franchise.

Conclusion

Really mediocre story but really impressive action sequences.
