Review

The world’s unluckiest man Bryan Mills (Liam Neeson) is back at it again and this time, he’s framed for the murder of his ex-wife (Famke Janssen) and is on the run from both Detective Dotzler (Forest Whitaker) as well as the Russian gangster Oleg Malankov (Sam Spruell).

The story is ridiculous in the worst way. Realism goes out the window as the plot is riddled with holes. The premise has very little to do with the original premise of the first two films (Bryan trying to save his ex-wife and daughter) and instead feels like a detective movie with a laughably stereotypical villain. The action sequences are also disappointing and lacks the polish and camerawork of the first movie.

Conclusion

This felt like a parody of the first movie.
