Review

This is the second book from the Hogwarts Library series. This book contains a comprehensive account on the sport of Quidditch.

As with Fantastic Beasts, the book is very immersive and contains features such as fictional newspaper clippings. While the mainline Harry Potter novels allude to Quidditch multiple times, this book goes into detail in explaining every aspect of Quidditch, from its history, to the rules and mechanics, to past and current teams and players. The book is a short read and I enjoyed the references to different cultures, such as the Moose Jaw Meteorites from Canada (which is a team probably based on the Snowbirds).

Conclusion

Another well-researched compendium book.
